- Launching an item(this is emailed to the consultant 1-2 minutes after my welcome email)
- Consultant Receives email within 2 minutes and it looks like this
- Email comes from: DoNotReply@talentwise.com
- Subject: REQUEST FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING—BROOKSOURCE
3. Consultant clicks on link in email and it takes them to this login page
- The email address I have listed on their account will auto populate
- They need to click on “forgot your password” and a temporary one will be sent
- Sign in with email and temporary password
- They then verify their information when this message appears
5. Create new password *consultant NEEDS to remember this*
4. Dashboard -this is what they see when they login
5. Click Launch task “Authorization Form”

- Click I agree to the consent form
- Click continue for disclosure -background check
- Click continue for disclosure -consumer report
- Click continue for disclosure -CA law notice
- Fill out personal information (name, SNN, DOB, address, electronic signature)
- Click “I understand and agree”
- Fill out candidate profile, list all previous addresses
- Click “continue”, review information and click “submit”
- It will look like this once the authorization form is completed
6. They will then receive an email with a copy of what the signed, nothing they need to do,
it’s just for their records
7. THEN within 24 hours (a sterling employee manually receives the information before sending the email to schedule a test) an email will come that looks like this
8. Click on the link to schedule (7 days to do this before it expires)
- Takes them back to the dashboard
- Click on “launch task”
- Provide email address where epassport can be sent-their email address
- Type in zipcode or “use my location” feature
4. Select a clinic
5. Enter cellphone number or another email if you would like
6. Escreen epassport is then emailed to them

- NEED to print this out and take to the clinic
- 3 days you have to complete this before it expires
Important things to note:
- If consultant ever needs to get back into their Sterling account, they NEED to remember the password they created. I am not able to reset it for them
- Consultant must “launch task” for background check to initiate
- Email to schedule a test will not come until that background check has been initiated
- ALL clinics require the epassport be printed not shown on a cellphone
- Sterling doesn’t work well via cellphone, use a desktop
Changing Clinic Location AFTER Scheduled (has to be done on the backend)
-If clinic location needs to be changed email your recruiter the following:
- Name
- Zipcode of the area you wish to schedule
Name of clinic you previous scheduled (this way we don’t schedule it at the same place again)
-We will send and email to our Sterling rep and cc the recruiter on it
-Sterling will give a list of locations to choose from (if there are multiple in that zipcode area)
-We will forward to the consultant to choose from the list
-Sterling will create a new epassport with the new location listed and we will forward to consultant
-The consultant needs to print out this NEW epassport to take to the clinic
*the old epassport form will no longer work*
Extending a current end date for a test (has to be done on the backend)
-Reach out to your recruiter with a date you need it extended to and we will contact Sterling to do so
-A new epassport will be sent to the consultant once created
-They need to print out this NEW epassport to take to the clinic
*the old epassport form will no longer work*
